Spending a night out on the town this New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas?

You’ve planned what club you’re going to, what you’re going to wear, who you’re going with… But have you planned on what you’ll eat before the festivities!

Trust us, you’ll need something to soak up all the champagne you’ll be drinking.

That’s why we invite you to paint the town gold at Red Square with us this year!

We’ll be offering a special prix fixe menu, complete with four courses of pure deliciousness.

If you come in between 5 PM and 7 PM, you’ll start your night off with a choice of Oysters on the Half Shell with special champagne mignonette and caviar, or our Shrimp Cocktail with bloody mary cocktail sauce.

Next up you’ll have a choice of our Mixed Green Salad with herbed goat cheese, beets, and citrus vinaigrette; or Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, parmesan, and creamy caesar dressing.

Then comes the big choice: What will you have for your entree? We’ll have our Truffle Penne Pasta with wild mushrooms and truffle cream, Colorado Lamb Chops with potato confits and wild mushroom ragout, 8 oz. Filet Mignon with fingerling potatoes and red wine sauce, Grilled Branzino with herbs and lemon, and Jidori Chicken with butter potatoes and wild mushrooms up for grabs.

So many choices, so little time!

Last up, we’ll have a plating of desserts with assorted truffles, petit fours, and cookies. Don’t worry, you don’t have to make a choice here – you get them all!

If you’re joining us later in the evening (from 8 – 10 PM), we have a special surprise in store for you – before we seat you, we’ll take you on a trip inside our Vodka Vault for a shot of vodka in a shot glass made of ice, and we’ll even let you borrow our fur coat so you don’t get too chilly.
